Months 2 - 6 Standard Lease Payments due from Customer

On Any Invoice Date ON/BEFORE Month 6

Customer decides to:
A. Pay off lease with Same-As-Cash option
• Original equipment cost plus tax, minus any dollar amounts already paid
to GreatAmerica (not including doc fee, late charges or insurance premiums if no
proof of insurance is provided)

• It is the Customer’s responsibility to exercise the Same-As-Cash option or

B. If your customer does not pay off the equipment in full, they will continue to make
standard monthly payments for the remainder of the lease term.
